It takes a village to raise a child. Literally.

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is most effective when it supports the child within their entire environment, at home, in school, and in the community. At SBT, we focus on fostering meaningful growth through positive reinforcement while teaching essential skills that promote socially appropriate and functional behaviors. Our goal is to help children accelerate their learning, build independence, and develop into resourceful individuals equipped for long-term success. We recognize that achieving these outcomes requires collaboration, and we value strong partnerships with families, caregivers, and educators.

Systemic Behavioral Therapy LLC

Who We Are

  • We approach behavior and mental health through a systemic lens, understanding that individuals do not exist in isolation, but within dynamic relationships, environments, and learning histories.

Our clinical work integrates the precision and data-driven principles of ABA with the depth and relational focus of systemic and psychological frameworks. This allows us to address behavior not only as an individual expression, but as part of a broader neurodevelopmental and environmental context.

We emphasize function, meaning, and sustainability, designing interventions that are clinically sound, socially valid, and adaptable across real-life settings.

  • Integration over fragmentation
We believe meaningful care happens when disciplines work together rather than in isolation.

    Respect for neurodiversity
We recognize neurological differences as part of human diversity, not deficits to be erased.

    Scientific rigor with human depth
We rely on evidence-based practices while honoring emotional, relational, and cultural realities.

    Systems thinking
We consider the full context:family systems, environments, learning histories, and reinforcement patterns.

    Dignity and collaboration
We work with individuals and families, not on them, prioritizing partnership in every intervention.

  • This practice was born from a shared recognition: traditional clinical models often leave gaps in understanding complex human behavior, especially in neurodivergent populations.

A doctor in marriage and family therapy with deep specialization in neurodevelopmental disorders partnered with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/ psychologist trained internationally, bringing a culturally grounded and developmentally rich perspective.

What emerged was not just a collaboration, but a unified model, one that bridges ABA, psychology, and systemic therapy into a cohesive framework of care.

Systemic was created to close the gap between disciplines and to offer something more aligned with how people actually live: interconnected, relational, and constantly adapting systems.
